The first shop, QS Citifoto, has none of the cameras that interests me, so I went to another shop, Fotokem.
At Fotokem, I found two of the three I was originally interested in, the Canon A610 and the Panasonic LZ2.
The Canon was priced at around RM1400, while the Panasonic was around RM1300.
Thinking back, I was liking a long zoom, so I added a new choice in my list, the RM1800 12x zoom Panasonic FZ5, as replacement to the lukewarm-reviewed Kodak Z7590. But the Z7590 is there, while the FZ5 is not.
I guess more hunting is needed, apart from lots of calls to different shops.
