Sometimes while driving alone, and cruising on the highway, I make both my hands available.
Instead, I steer with the left knee, or the lower left thigh.
Then I can use my hands to put on, for example, stereo headphones connected to my Walkman, or beat the hell out of the steering wheel to any drum patterns, or closing a stuck windowscreen.
Don't try this anytime, unless you are confident. But really, it's quite simple.
