Not The New Year

I don't celebrate the new year. I don't even celebrate Merdeka!

I cherish only the yearly Awwal Muharrom's now.

All these colonial things are meaningless for me. They are just relics. And hedonistic in nature.

I will pray my wishes and resolutions on the Islamic New Year instead.
