Since the company I work in has no more so-called "department", I hereby "elected" myself and my colleagues to be Head of the particular departments they once work in.
MCK : Maintenance Manager
BAM : R & D Manager
FEMR : Quality Assurance Manager
ANM : Technical Manager
And not to forget, our temporary staffs.
SM: Finance and Administration Manager
AD : Services Manager
MAZ : General Manager
